VIP Members Loyalty Points Doubled: You still collect loyalty points with every purchase. But now, as a VIP Member, you earn points at double the regular rate on all purchases all the time. Currently almost 2 per cent of your purchase is converted into points (5 points per dollar spent). Once our program kicks off, you, a VIP Member, will earn 10 points per dollar spent or about 4 per cent of your purchase (before tax). Our Loyalty Points do not expire and are still redeemable at the rate of Two Dollars ($2.00) for each block of 600 points. And you still do not have to carry a card – we track your points for you. Each receipt shows the total points earned on that transaction and the total number of points in your account.

Early Notification On New Products: You will receive early notification of new seasonal product introduction. We will host a VIP Evening where the new seasonal products will be displayed and as a VIP Member, you will have the opportunity to purchase or pre-purchase items before they are offered to the general public. We expect there to be at least three of these events each year. One event will take place as we introduce our spring and summer stock, a second event will occur on the switch to our fall and winter stock and a very special gala event will be held when we introduce our Christmas product.

Special VIP Functions: Throughout the year we will be holding Special VIP Functions. We don’t want to say too much about them yet – we want to make each one a special surprise. All of them are educational or information sessions presented by well known experts in their field and hosted by Wind n Willow. We have an interesting line up of topics ranging from “Creating that Perfect Kitchen Work Area” to “Flooring – the good the bad and the ugly” and ”My Indoor Room Outdoors”. Of course some of the functions will highlight Terry’s Decorating and Design expertise. Notices will be sent to VIP Members first as participation will be limited to the number of seats available.

Wind n Willow Newsletter: Beginning in the New Year, we will be publishing a bi-monthly Wind n Willow Newsletter. The content will range from seasonal decorating tips, to nifty recipes, what’s new in home and personal accessories and much more. We are even going to have a member column so you can have some valuable input as well. The newsletter will be sent to you in PDF format but will also be available in print at the store.
